By enabling Pre-Approved Licensing, you authorize Impersonas to automatically approve eligible license requests that meet the pricing, usage, category, and scope settings you select.
This means those licenses may be purchased and activated without being sent to you for individual manual review.
You understand and agree that enabling this feature is your voluntary and informed consent to allow qualifying licenses to proceed automatically. Impersonas will rely on your selected pre-approval settings and is not responsible for issues, objections, disputes, reputational concerns, asset misuse, or missed review opportunities arising from licenses that were approved under those settings.
For all intents and purposes, any license generated through Pre-Approval shall be deemed reviewed, approved, and consented to by you, as such approval is based on the conditions, thresholds, and licensing preferences that you independently selected, submitted, and authorized to be applied automatically.
You may update or disable Pre-Approved Licensing at any time through the Impersonas for Talent platform. Changes will apply going forward and will not affect licenses already purchased or activated.
If, for any reason, you have lost access to the platform, then you can email info@impersonas.com for support in regaining access.
