One says who you are. One says who can hire you.
Talent industries Your own field of work. Up to five. This is discovery — how brands find and understand you.
Allowed industries The commercial sectors permitted to license your impersona. This is control — a brand outside your list cannot buy a license.
Locked selections Industries you chose in your original application are carried over and stay selected for this onboarding.
Other Commercial Opens sectors not on the list, still bound by your permissions and the always-excluded uses.
Both lists can be changed later on the platform. Changes apply to future licenses only.

Chatbots A conversational agent that speaks as your impersona.
Concerts Live and virtual performance appearances.
Education Teaching, training and courseware.
Film/TV Content Scripted and unscripted screen content.
Interactive Art Installations and artist-led interactive work.
Live Retail Display In-store screens, windows and activations.
Merchandising Physical or digital products carrying your impersona.
Social Media Content Organic and paid posts on brand channels.
User-Generated Content End users generating content with your impersona inside a brand’s tool.
Video Advertisement Paid video advertising.
Video Games Playable or in-game characters.
Virtual Try-On Fit, beauty and product try-on experiences.
Political, adult, gambling, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and warfare and military uses stay excluded on every license.
LICENSE TYPE / SINGLE-USE
One project. Your approval first.
A brand submits a request describing the project. It lands in your portal and nothing is issued until you accept, decline or counter.
You set A minimum cost per activation. You can counter above it on any request.
You review The brief, the scope and the fee — before the license exists.
You do not review The finished content. For that, use single-use with content approval.
Response window Fourteen days per request, per the agreement.
LICENSE TYPE / CONTENT APPROVAL
You see the work before the world does.
Everything in single-use, plus a second gate: the brand’s finished content comes back to you before it goes live.
Revisions Up to two, then the collaboration is approved or rejected and refunded.
Trade-off The extra gate can limit which licensing models and features a brand can use.
Best for Talent whose brand depends on final-frame control.
LICENSE TYPE / TERM-BASED
Continuing use, priced by the day.
For ongoing collaborations rather than one-off projects — a campaign that runs, a character that recurs, a partnership with a season.
You set A minimum number of days and a minimum cost per day.
You approve Every request, the same way as single-use.
Renewal Only through tools that need consent from both sides.
TRIAL GENERATION / HOW IT PAYS
Get paid to let them try.
Brands test your impersona inside our partners’ tools before they commit to a licence. Every test is metered, and every test pays you.
What a test is A watermarked generation for internal review only.
What it is not It cannot be published or used commercially. That needs a full licence under your permissions.
Partner rates We negotiate the rate with each partner as a royalty percentage of their earnings.
Your own price Set any price per test. Most talent sit between $1 and $3.
Opting out Email talent@impersonas.com . We may introduce the opt-out setting as a platform feature, but rollout is not guaranteed.
PRE-APPROVED LICENSES / PRIORITIZED TIER
Qualifying licences clear on their own.
We’re currently prioritizing talent who pre-clear their impersona for collaboration.
Who qualifies Only vetted brands and enterprise customers reaching us through our distribution partners.
What must match Your allowed industries, your permissions, your price and your scope. Anything outside them still needs your approval.
What happens A matching licence is issued and paid without a separate approval request landing in your portal.
Changing your mind Turn it off any time. Changes apply to future licences only.
ROYALTY AND FEES / HOW THE SPLIT WORKS
Your fee is your fee.
80% to youYour share of every licence and generation fee collected, before any expenses you separately agree to.
20% royaltyImpersonas’ commission for operating the platform and the distribution network. It applies to licensing and generation revenue, including negotiated royalties.
2% tech fee Added on top of the brand’s price. It is paid by the brand and never deducted from your share.
When you’re paid Within 30 days of receiving the fees, provided you have supplied up-to-date banking information.
DIGITALS / HOW TO SHOOT THEM
Flat light. Clean frame. Full range.
Your digitals are the raw material of your impersona. Range and clarity matter more than styling.
Lighting Flat and even. Avoid hard shadows, coloured light and heavy contrast.
Face Little to no makeup. Hair back and off the face. No sunglasses or hats.
Wardrobe A dark top and dark bottoms, close to the body.
Background Light, plain and uncluttered.
Coverage Use the examples and downloadable guide for close-ups, mid-shots, full body and expressions.
Files JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC. Up to 30 images, up to 8 MB each, 100 MB total including your agreement.

CHARACTER SHEET / FREE, ON REQUEST
A verified reference set, built from your own images.
A character sheet is a prepared, AI-compatible reference pack that helps licensed tools reproduce your likeness accurately instead of approximating it.
Cost Free, and optional. Requests are subject to approval.
Built from Your own approved digitals — nothing invented, nothing scraped.
Ownership Assets Impersonas creates stay owned by Impersonas and can only be used through the platform.
The commitment Only if you request a character sheet and we approve the request and create the assets, your impersona must stay live and licensable for at least 24 months from their creation date. Without an approved request and created assets, this commitment does not apply.
You keep ownership of your likeness either way. This affects the created assets only.
